This particular watch features a seconds hand, enhanced accuracy, and a pulsometer on the dial for convenient pulse measurement. The caduceus symbol at the bottom indicates that it was designed for professionals in the medical field.

This specific example is crafted in a gold-filled case measuring 35mm across (it appears larger due to the small lugs) and has a silver sunburst dial. It is powered by a high-grade automatic movement that is in excellent condition.
