Scarce Yellow Gold Art Deco Diamond Earrings
Scarce Yellow Gold Art Deco Diamond Earrings
SKU:392755
These stunning earrings are original pieces from the 1920s and showcase the elegance of Art Deco design. Art Deco jewelry is typically crafted from white gold or platinum, which were the popular choices of the time. However, these earrings are uniquely set in yellow gold, indicating they were likely custom-ordered for a client who preferred this color.
The earrings feature a geometric die-struck panel at the center, which holds a white-gold illusion headset with an old European-cut diamond. The panels are intricately engraved and filigreed and suspended from a gold ball stud. With a total drop length of just under 1 inch, they are comfortable to wear and secured with screw-back closures.
Details: Original Art Deco diamond earrings, made in America in the late 1920s, set in 14k yellow gold and feature 0.40ctw of round old European-cut diamonds (clarity VS, color GH).
