Scarce Yellow Gold Art Deco Diamond Earrings

Original to the 1920s, this pair of Art Deco diamond earrings is a true find. Art Deco pieces are almost exclusively made in white gold or platinum, which were in fashion then. We wish we knew the history behind these earrings, as they were almost certainly custom-ordered for someone who preferred yellow gold. The earrings feature a geometric die-struck panel, each centered with a white-gold illusion headset with an Old European cut diamond. These die-struck panels are beautifully engraved and filigree, then suspended from a gold ball stud. They drop just under 1 inch in total length and are very comfortable to wear, secured with screw-backs.
