Royal Purple Garnet & Champagne Diamond Halo Ring

Garnets are red, right? Not always! This ring is set with a 'royal purple rhodolite,' a new purple garnet mined in Mozambique. Unlike red rhodolites with a purple undertone, this one is a rich royal purple shade with hints of fuchsia—a gorgeous color. We set this in an ornate rose gold mounting, encrusted with diamonds from every angle. A cushion double halo surrounds the center garnet; the first row features champagne diamonds, and the second row is composed of white diamonds. Additional white diamonds trickle down the split shank and embellish the undergallery beneath the halo. The mounting is certainly regal enough for this royal purple gemstone, and has a fabulous presence on the hand.
