This beautiful engagement ring is an example of one of the most iconic ring designs in jewelry history: the Tiffany-style three-stone ring. Renowned jeweler Tiffany & Co. helped pioneer the baguette cut in the 1920s and developed this mounting soon after. It features a round brilliant cut diamond in the center with an elongated tapered baguette on either side, resulting in perfect symmetry and a beautiful presentation on the hand. This particular iteration is unsigned but hails from the 1960s when the style was at the height of its popularity. We like this one even more since the setter placed the diamond low on the hand to make it more comfortable to wear, but it still gets plenty of light to sparkle and shine. The center diamond weighs just over 1ct and is excellent quality- eye clean, near-colorless, with very good cutting- what more could we ask for? Based on our experience, she'll say yes to this one!
