The square princess-cut tourmaline belongs to the dravite family, which produces rare orange and brown shades. These gems are known for their pleochroism, meaning they display multiple colors when viewed from different angles. The blend of brown, gold, orange, and red creates a hue that evokes the finest cognac. The gem was expertly faceted by American lapidary John Dyer, renowned for his gemstone artistry.

We have set this gem in a custom-made rose gold basket-style head with three prongs at each corner, positioned on point for an intriguing look.
