This stunning diamond ring is one of the most distinctive Edwardian pieces we've ever encountered. Crafted around the turn of the century, most rings from that era were either simple, featuring bands or solitaires, or highly ornate, reflecting the Art Nouveau movement with flowing lines, vines, creatures, and organic motifs. This unique ring, which leans more towards an Art Deco style, is truly ahead of its time!
The ring is made from platinum-topped yellow gold, which enhances the brilliance of the diamonds while maintaining a warm gold appearance. It showcases three rows of diamonds arranged in a rectangular design, totaling 3/4 carat of fine old European cut diamonds that sparkle from every angle. This ring would make an elegant choice as an engagement ring or a right-hand ring and can easily be resized to fit any finger.
Details: Antique ring in platinum-topped 18k yellow gold, set with 0.75ctw of old European cut diamonds (SI1 GH), British circa 1905.
