This low-profile "gypsy ring" offers a smooth and sophisticated interpretation of an antique diamond ring. At its center is a natural 1.17ct old European cut diamond that showcases unbelievable sparkle. The diamond is substantial yet set low and securely in a bezel setting. Flanking the centerpiece is a line of channel-set diamonds that provide classic Art Deco symmetry. These accents are carre-cut diamonds, which feature square and rectangular shapes with open culets—a rare cut favored by Art Deco designers.
The shank of the ring is made of 18k white gold and gently tapers at the back while maintaining a substantial feel on the hand. Although created as a man's ring, its unisex design allows it to be worn on almost any finger.
Details: Art Deco 18k white gold ring set with a 1.17ct European cut diamond (I1 K, eye clean) and .60ctw of carre cut diamond accents (VS-SI HI). All diamonds are natural, and the ring was crafted around the 1920s.
