Custom Green Sapphire & Channel Set Diamond Engagement Ring

Custom-made and truly a show-stopper, this green sapphire engagement ring makes a bold, unforgettable statement! The sapphire features a rich forest hue with warm olive undertones, providing exceptional brightness and sparkle without appearing overly dark. This is a natural, untreated sapphire that we sourced from one of our favorite lapidaries in Sri Lanka.

The ring mounting is one of our modified cathedral designs, aptly named for the way the sides of the band rise to meet the sapphire, resembling the flying buttresses of a cathedral. This design allows the sapphire to sit lower in relation to the rest of the ring, thereby protecting the gem and enhancing the wearer's comfort. 

Every aspect of this ring is beautifully adorned: the shoulders are channel-set with princess-cut diamonds, the sides feature round diamond accents, the edges are enhanced with milgrain work, and the flat surfaces have been hand-engraved for a vintage effect.
