Some of the most popular engagement ring designs in the last few years have been those with woven bands. In this case, the diamond-encrusted bands are not woven but still give the ring a 3-D woven effect with a hint of Celtic design influence. We then set a deeply saturated natural blue zircon in the center, which provides the ring with a brilliant blue focal point. While the ring has a complex mounting with lots of sparkle, we designed it with practicality. It sits low on the hand and is comfortable to wear so that it would be perfect as an alternative engagement ring or December birthstone ring.
