Art Nouveau Floral Enamel, Pearl & Diamond Necklace

This fabulous Art Nouveau necklace originated as a watch pin. As ladies are wearing fewer lapel watches, we decided to convert this into a more wearable necklace, allowing someone to enjoy this piece better. This necklace features some of the most impressive enamel work we have ever seen! The 14k yellow gold necklace is covered on every surface with glass enamel, which is original to the piece and shows only the most minor wear or loss. The floral design represents a calla lily (or water lily) with leaves and tendrils imbued with shades of green, pink, and rose enamel. It is then interspersed with pearls and a diamond accent to polish off the piece. It sits horizontally on the neck, measuring almost 1.5 inches across, making a sizable yet refined statement for an antique piece. The bails holding the chain are hidden on the back and can accommodate any size chain, as shown in the complimentary display gold-plated chain. This necklace beautifully preserves the artistry of the past, with its delicate floral enamel design now showcased in a timeless, wearable form.

Details: 14k yellow gold antique necklace with .03ct old mine cut diamond and seed pearls with multicolored enamel accent, circa 1905. Some patina is present, but there is minor wear and loss of enamel.
